To disable ad-blocking browser wide, you need to open the “Privacy” settings, at the top of the “Advanced” sub-section. Tap the triple-dot icon, then “Settings” to open the app settings. To open the settings, tap the triple-dot icon, then tap “Settings”. If you want to disable ad-blocking across the entire browser, you can do so from the in-app settings. Tap the Brave icon, then tap “Block ads-and tracking” to disable ad-blocking on a single site. Tip: Other settings in this menu allow you to force HTTPS connections (where available), prevent third party sites from saving cookies, block all web scripts (this may break some websites), and to increase the difficulty of fingerprinting your browser respectively. This can increase your privacy and page load times, as well as prevent intrusive adverts from appearing. If “Block ads and tracking” is enabled, then advertisements and tracking scripts will be prevented from loading. In this drop-down menu, you can configure which protection settings are enabled on this specific site. When you tap the Brave icon, a drop-down menu will appear. The actual Brave icon that you want to tap is the lion head next to that.
The right-most one is a triangle and is used for the Brave Rewards program, which offers cryptocurrency in return for allowing some adverts. Tip: There are two icons on the right of the URL bar in Brave.
